Has it really been almost a year since I updated here?! Shamefully yes, yes it has.
Instagram art account and occasional Facebook art posts have kept me preoccupied all these days. I must say, social media has been a good outlet and a great exposure to other artists who adore painting and the art scene as much as I do. It has been quite inspiring seeing talents all over the world while learning and connecting, so no complaints there at all!
Today, something suddenly got me thinking, how can I forget this website that started it all?! And decided it’s time I post something that sums up what has happened so far this year and possibly use this as a push to get back into blogging more frequently 🙂
An overview since the last post: did a few Instagram postcard giveaways of customized artwork for the winners, bookmarks are a new thing I abso-freakin-loutely adore doing, customized bridesmaid reveal postcards and an entrance painting for a wedding for a lovely couple was definitely a highlight, Twitter Art Exhibit 2018, entered to the Toronto Public Library art exhibit happening next year with an art work representing diversity in the city, customized little token-of-thank you cards to send, painted Harry Potter Marauders Map box… and now working on wood minis and figuring out what to do for year ahead!
It feels nice to be back on this, how I’ve missed this ❤
